I’m thrilled to spotlight Petrina and her artistry, weaving together local flavors in a dance of dishes that will make your taste buds sing in harmony with our handpicked wines.
Seating is limited for an exclusive and immersive wine and food pairing experience.
This is an introductory offering that normally is $80/person…Take this opportunity to indulge for only $40 per person!

Join me, as I orchestrate an unforgettable tasting experience. We’ll dive into these succulent creations with Rich Reds, Crisp Whites and a Rose’…finishing off with a dessert wine that takes the passion fruit to passionate levels.

Herb roasted chicken served with a pumpkin seed Sicilian pesto.
Reversed seared ribeye served with peppercorn au poivre.
Balsamic glazed pork loin and roasted apple gravy.

Vegan ‘chick’n’ with pumpkin seed Sicilian pesto.

Desert:
Chocolate Mousse topped with macerated strawberries.
To your surprise I’ll introduce wines that boldly/badly clash with the food. Wines that absolutely repel the food, so you LEARN not with words but with your senses… WHAT NOT TO HAVE with certain food choices!
Yes, you’ll finish the eve with a full satisfying gustatory exploration but most importantly you’ll take home with you some wine serving tips and tools to utilize when you have your next dinner party.
